Congrats on getting out of the 180's CW. I am managing to still ride the bike. However, my puppy insists I hold her during it or she tries to bite the wheels and gets hit in the head. She is 5 lbs I wonder if I burn more calories holding her????

Hi Ladies- Today was my official 1 week weigh in for this challenge. I lost between 1.2 and 1.4 lbs this week. That gets me to the 10 lbs lost mark. Last night I went out and bought my reward sun glasses. I can't wait to hit 169 now! Hoping for next week :) How is everyone else doing? Love and light

If you are comfortable not logging that is fine. I would think you get to the point where you know calorie counts of food. Just be careful.

Hi hanah- Welcome aboard. I would try to bring something healthy like a hungry girl sandwich with you so you are not tempted to eat the high calorie stuff. Keeping yourself hydrated and satisfied is the key.

Katy- We decided to go to the shelter and save a dog. Thanks for everyone's advice. I called our local shelter and they vacinate, deworm, spay/neuter and microchip the dog before we get it. Can;t beat that and get to save a life too! We won't get there until Sat though because they are open when my bf is working.They close…

shore rider thank you for the advice. I have been researching how to introduce the cat and dog. I think I have a mental handle on it. A friend of ours neighbor had chocolate lab puppies < born May2> we are considering looking at them but won't rule out shelter dogs just yet. Blazin - She is beautiful. Good luck with her.

Thanks for the advice everyone. My boyfriend really wants an older dog. We had discussed buying a purebred but I refused because I know so many dogs are homeless I'd rather give them a home. Hi jr- Welcome aboard :) When I am in a situation where I know I can eat and blow my whole day I try to think of what the scale last said and ask myself if its worth the scale going up or staying the same. Also, if I'm going to indulge I try to take a few bites then stop. I hope this helps at least a bit.
