Hi - I am new here and I am challenging myself to lose 12 lbs by August 7th. It would be really great to have some support in this journey. My plan is to ride the recumbent bike 30 minutes 6 times a week and drink 6-8 bottles of water a day. I also will keep my calories to the 1200 MFP suggests plus my exercise calories.…

New Dog
My boyfriend and I are wanting to get a dog. We have a house with a big yard. We are debating on getting an older dog or a puppy we can train from the get go. Any suggestions from dog owners? W also have a 9 year old cat I am worried might be intimidated by a large dog. thanks Nikki
