On days you exercise, you get more of everything, except sodium. On days you don't, you get your 'base' amount.

As long as you watch your food, you can lose weight without any exercise.

How many meals per day? Snacks? I eat 5-6 times a day and try to stick near 200-300 calories though I go lower on the second and fourth meals, so they're more snacks than anything.

They make bottles of ' hair, skin, and nails'. Gnc sells it, but there are generics everywhere. That said, try evaluating if you are getting enough protein and fat (crucial for hair growth) in your diet.

Use a neem shampoo or soap. Seriously. Natural insect repellant. Of course you'll smell like neem, but hey... I like neem.

Just for future reference... the wheat or italian is better than the flatbread.... It's okay to go over once in a while! If you've been REALLY good for a while sometimes your body reacts by actually losing more weight.

I think some of it might be that they want you to feel good about yourself no matter what. No one wants to say ' oh yes, you're fat, lose some weight,' after all.

Diabetic, Non-diabetic, or from Mars... vegetables still have calories. Your body may deal with them a bit differently, but they still have calories (and quite a lot of sugar in some cases).

Strength training, probably. The stomach is the first place to gain weight for many people, generally the last place to lose. And I know that, with how my stomach is shaped, I have a permanent muffin top, even when my clothing is super loose.

I have my gall bladder out in '08. Eating more often keeps me 'regular' so to speak, even with fat, though obvious severely high fat is a no-go. Tums helps when I have issues, but only sometimes. In general, it's a non-issue for me.

Subway is a 'build your own' sort of place (you pick what you want and they put it together) they shouldn't give you any guff about special orders. If you like sandwiches, though, I prefer Jimmy John's or Erberts and Gerberts, but what you find will depend on where you are in the country. I would suggest groceries as well.…

If your sugar is coming from healthy sources, don't worry about it much. That's not to say you can eat barrels of fruits, but it's better than a barrel of cake.
