I eat with the kids, my husband eats alone at 7:30 when he gets home.. I am in same situation. thank you everyone. I have always been up for a few days after an endurance run of any length over 6 miles so I am sure it's just the water weight stored in my muscles and my whole body recovering. I appreciate knowing you all have had the same thing!

Yes you guys I'm talking about how to fit in my strength training..I loved it while doing it over the winter 3x a week with shorter runs and no races. Now I am back trying to race and having trouble finding time for strength..I guess I could do 30min at night on my off days. thanks for the advice.

thanks for these comments..I am wondering if it has some type of enhancing drug in the shake or something? She is super high pressure and I really just have 15lbs left to lose that I can't quite get off..I feel like I should just continue along on healthy real food but if it was great and really worked it would be so nice…
