Protein shakes - what do you add?
Hi...looking to keep getting my shakes in and I wonder what others do to make them taste good. I like them with ice so they are more full like a shake.. I add emergen C vitimin packet to vanilla, it's nice..and coffee to the chocolate flavor. I'd love some new ideas.

How do you eat your yogurt?
I know nonfat plain greek is the way to go..but it's the texture that bugs me. If I add granola or walnuts I am good but it adds calories..what do others do I"d love to know..also the sweetness is not so great! :(

Marathon Runners - Weight gain after long run
