Hi,
I am a mother of 3, I work full time and my kids are super busy. I let myself become the last priority and I'm sick of it. Please help me get back on track and lose some weight. I have signed up to run the Boston Marthon in april with Dana Farber so I could use any other mother runners out there to help me get motivated.

plan, plan, plan....run whatever distance at lunch that you can get in, get your kids to ride bikes with you, have a neighbor watch them.... it gets easier as the kids get older. Me time is important so don't be afraid to get a babysitter either. You don't need to run Boston in record time, you just need to have fun, finish smiling and be proud of yourself.
