I myself think every diet will work as long as you stick to it. I would probably watch my protein counts tho and maybe have some protein bars in between the shakes. A multivitamin probably wouldn't hurt either. Exercise.

You have to drink the water. 10 glasses a day. You have to do it. Green tea is good, but it won't flush you like the water will. Force yourself to have a 16oz bottle of water every 2 hours or so and you will have it in. Carbs may be too high. See you aren't tracking protein but based on what you are eating is probably ok.…

I do believe you have to push your self or you will not reach new goals if you don't. Can you run half a mile in 5 mins? I would alternate between your 13 min mile and a half mile in 5 mins and go from there myself.
