After having my daughter I joined weight watchers and lost 40lbs! Then over the spread of 3 years I gained 20 of it back :( This time I am determined to get down to my goal weight and keep it off!

I eat the weight watchers ones and they are actually pretty good. And yes, the sodium is a little high but I don't have much else with lots of sodium so it balances out. Good luck to you!

Do you have a smart phone? I have an app for my iphone so I input it before I eat it just to make sure I am not over shooting my calorie intake. Just a thought. Good luck!

I would stick with the 1 pound per week, I think it is a more realistic goal and you wont go into "starvation mode." Changing your eating habits is never an easy task so I personally feel we should give ourselves the upper hand. Good luck to you!
