I did it again. Happens every once in a while. I go out for lunch and think I am doing pretty good, maybe just a *little* more than I want to add to my calorie total. Then I get back and input calories, and WHAMMO! 1100+ calories for lunch! Good thing I worked out this morning, but I was hoping to go a little extra on calories this evening...guess not. Live and learn. I'll get past this, I AM down 23 lb in1.5 months!

Have a great day everyone, and watch out for the Lurking Calorie Monster!

It happens to everyone just like thinking that salads are always healthy.... Great job on the weight loss btw!!!!
  • Do you have a smart phone? I have an app for my iphone so I input it before I eat it just to make sure I am not over shooting my calorie intake. Just a thought.

    Good luck!

I usually don't have trouble with the calories. But the sodium! They put sooooo much sodium in everything it makes me sick.

What a star! It helps so much to have the support at home. Well done on keeping within goal and not getting disheartened by a over indulge.

I think we all need to splurge once in a while. Just think, if you weren't trying to be cautious you could get out of there with over 1500-2000 calories! Good attitude - adapt the rest of the day, and move forward. And it's obviously working, you've lost! Yay!
