  • I meet up with a running group as well, but you can also get some reflective shirts or a vest if you don't feel comfortable running in the dark. Stick with a path you know, too.

It went like this: 1 mile warm-up 2 800s w/ a jog break in between 4 100s w/ a small jog break in between 1.5 mile cool down I REALLY did not want to get up this morning and run, but it makes finishing the workout that much sweeter. :) Have a fabulous day!

  • Good morning all! I'm back from a few days at the beach. Ran 4.5 miles along the boardwalk while there ... beautiful! This morning I did my pace run with a running group.
  • angel food cake, lite coolwhip, fresh medley of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries ... YUM! and all for less than 200 calories :)

  • Amen! We all splurge. Think more LONG term than short term. So, you ate too many calories today. In the grand scheme of things, it is not going to make THAT much difference in your weight loss this week. Just don't eat three tomorrow, and the next day, and the next. :)
