MamaNess- yes, I usually do carb cycling. I eat mostly low carb (very little processed food and mostly low glycemic vegetables and some berries) and then I do short bursts of no carb (7 days).

day 2: 100 squats 100 hip bridges (no sit-ups for me) 30 pushups - 18 on my toes, 12 on my knees.

i'm 5'2". I lost 25 pounds last year through very low carb and maintained it through a more sustainable low carb lifestyle. Over the past few months, I've gotten lax so my weight has been creeping up and I've put 5 pounds on. I might go another 7 days with very low carbs and then keep my carbs moderately low again. I likely won't go more than 2 weeks on a no carb behavior because I love my vegetables too much and no carb is just way too restrictive for me. I would really like to take all of June off of drinking. Today is the 3rd and I did drink (a lot) on June 1st and a very, very, very little tonight. But I want to go the rest of the month without.
