100 Squats, push ups, and sit ups a day

Day 1,2,3, 25 pushups on knees, 20 bicycle crunches slowly done (yoga teacher says they are effective). I do feel over the last few weeks of those push ups my arms look more toned. Also, i try to do pushups with my hands in different positions. Thanks for this challenge!2

day 2:
100 squats
100 hip bridges (no sit-ups for me)
30 pushups - 18 on my toes, 12 on my knees.1 -
Day 16 and 17 done. Getting through them much faster than at the start- doing 25 push-ups at a stretch along with sit-ups and squats so I now only have to go 4 rounds.0

27 situps
100 abs
100 squats!1 -
Day 18 done with sprints in between sets of 10. Trying to change it up a little.
