I had a salad with turkey, ham, bacon, tomatoes, onions, extra light virgin olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper=420 calories 1L of water...AHHHH! :)

The body needed diversity. You should always strive to vary your cardio to keep the body burning. Maybe row one day and elliptical one day then switch it up. Hope this helps!

I have been doing the same challenge! I'm on day 15! It burns so good but my but is lifted and I'm slowly getting rid of that lower belly pouch!

I have a pouch. Its ole skool but it works. I love it. Not too heavy and best of all I got it from a thrift store for less than $5!
