Well, I'm not sure I have the exact answer for you...but I drink protein shakes as a snack or on the go breakfast with a piece of fruit. My body tends to lose more weight if I have a protein heavy diet (not low carb through) so this works for me. They tend to keep me fuller for a small amount of calories and it keeps my…

What about apple slices, Turkey & Cream Cheese (or Laughing Cow) rolls, greek yogurt with organic granola, spelt pretzels & string cheese. Sorry, I am drawing a blank now. Hopefully these help.

I had a 1/2 cup of Egg Beaters with 1/4 cup of nonfat cottage cheese, and about an ounce of diced ham. All for 145 calories. I loaded up on protien (28 g) since I am having lunch out today. I want to avoid any over indulgence.

One of my favorite snacks is soup. Not the canned kind, but home made...just veggies and some chicken broth pureed. For example, broccoli, asparagus, garlic, and some chicken broth. Or some tomatos, cauliflower, and some beef broth. So yummy and the fiber helps keep me fuller longer.
