You still stave but your body goes into conservation mode ie slower metabolism. Starving yourself will still happen it's just prolonged.

Your Food Diary shows that Snacks can be as much or many times more Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner in calories combined. Do you starve for most of the day and then catch in the evening? Are you moving most of the day or stting down for most 1/2hr or for long periods say longer 1 hour at a time? Sorry for such detailed question but this just to get a better idea of activity level.

I agree and if you have say been exercising for say 3/4 hour the rest of the day can be recuperation ie sedentary (purely speculation). Therefore closer to 2312. Could be building some muscle perhaps?

For a better understanding as a suggestion change your Food Diary to public otherwise it's a tough guessing game. Go to HOME>SETTINGS>DIARY SETTING then DAIRY SHARING at the bottom tick PUBLIC. This can be changed back later if needed. Only if you feel comfortable that is.

I've had these at a bar once and were senational! I have not been able to duplicate as well. If your handy in the kitchen I highly recommend spicy felafels made from chickpeas. Warning do not use cooked chick peas cooked or from a can.

Nothing wrong with ANYTHING as long as you are a careful calorie counter which most the population isn't. If one cuts out bread it just means a whole lot of fast food goes out the window- burgers, pizza and pastries. If you just eat a naked burger (wrapped in lettuce) you've lost half you meal. I love making fruit sorbets from frozen mixed berries, mango cheeks. Using a cold press machine- there may be other ways if you don't have one. A dollop of good yogurt and maybe a few slivered almonds. Optional drizzle of honey

Skyr (Icelandic) yogurt is actually made with rennet and is more like a soft cheese than a yogurt. similiar to Skyr is Labneh made from yogurt which is then strain to remove more whey. Labneh can be made balls and rolled in Dukar (herbs) a must try!

Was using Easiyo and similar. Was OK but a bit grainy and only 1/2 to 2/3 the price of shop yogurt. Then my wife did a cheese making course that covered yogurt also. Most of Easiyo is milk power with a tiny bit of culture. The yogurt we make now is cheaper and way superior. Easiyo is a good ready available in Australia…
