I am started 30 day shred 4weeks ago and am currently on Level 3 of 30 day shred and I am in week 8 of jogging and elliptical workouts indoor and out with weigh training. Great Job! That is such an accomplishment. I just started jogging myself 2.5 weeks ago. I am up to 2 miles now, really pushing myself. Today was really really hard, but once I was done I feel so good about myself! Maybe we can give each other incentive~! Have a great day!
