WOW! I just started Insanity, but may have to try this next! You look wonderful. I too have the same goal weight, can't wait till I get there.

I used to wear New Balance and never really thought too much about it. Then I got my first pair of Asics (gel nimbus). It was like running on a cloud. A little pricey but a fantastic shoe. I am on my 3rd pair and don't even look at another shoe or brand!

Just weighed in and I was in for such a shock. A wonderful shock. My current weight is 146.4. This is my lowest adult weight that I know of. I didnt do anything different, maybe just finally catching up on all the weeks of up and down a pound or two. Really motivated now

would love to join this group. I am a little behind, but need the motivation. I have really fallen off the exercise wagon. I recently went back to work and I am still trying to find the right balance between work, kids and home. It is harder than I thought and exercise has really suffered. My weight has really stayed…

You will be able to do it with no problem. You already have a good base running program with miles. The beginner 1/2 marathon program will work great. If you can run 6 miles now, then you are already half way there. Lace up those shoes and keep running

Have fun and just give yourself a week when you get back for your weight to regulate back to normal. Dont be shocked by a big gain on monday

You really need to eat more, you may feel good now, but it will catch up with you and before you know it you will be starving. Try eating some higher calorie foods, like nuts

I started with about 10 pounds to hit a healthy BMI. It is taking quite a while. Finally hit 11 pounds with an average of 4-5 pounds a month. Just keep plugging away and know that the slower it comes off the more likely it is to stay off. Dont get obsessed with the scale and continue to do what makes you feel good.

You can continue to lose weight and try to get pregnant at the same time. It may take time to get pregnant and the longer you wait the longer it can take. It took 6 months for both of my pregnancies. In that time you can lose quite a bit of weight.

I think that you really need to eat more calories. I agree you need to spread out you calories better throughout the day. Have your biggest meal at lunch. Also you need to focus more on healthful choices. Didnt see many fruit and veggie choices in your diary.

I too just got an HRM this past week, I was shocked to see the calorie burn. I ran a little over 5 miles friday and my HRM said I burned around 1100 caloried. My average HR was 168 and peaked at 186. WOW! I was completely shocked. Happy, but shocked! If that is the case I really should have been eating alot more for the…

Would love to join this group. I have lost 10 pounds on this site already and I have 10-15 more. I am in training for a 10k and I am half way through the training, 4 weeks to go. I have really doubted myself as to whether I would be able to do it. I made 5.5 miles on monday and felt pretty good. As long as I can keep my…

Had a horrible day on Easter, ate everything in sight. Felt horrible that night and I am back on track. Never want that feeling again. Stepped on the scale and the difference from Easter morning to monday morning was 3.5 pounds. I have to hope that half that is water gain. Not looking for a loss this week, but to maintain…

7 pounds gone for the March Challenge, hope to make all ten for April. Starting weight is 153.4. 10 pounds would be so amazing. Keep up the good work everyone.

I'm a mom to 2 children ages 7 and 5. Gained about 30 with each of them. Luckily I lost the weight inbetween. Never had trouble losing the weight, about 15 pounds the first month and then a little slower after that. Been years now and I am in the best shape since I was in high school, but no my stomach doesnt look anything…

Would love to join you all in this quest. 15 pounds would basically take me to my goal of 140 pounds (I'm 5'7). Recently my weight loss had really stalled, but this week I think that I finally broke through and am now losing again. I have increased my calorie intake to 1500 from 1200 and it seems to have really worked. I…

Havent posted much since joining this challenge. I was frusterated because I was doing everythng right and not losing at all. I think that I have finally figured out the right calories and it is all starting to come together. I uped my calorie intake from 1200-1500 and the pounds are melting away. I think that I finally…

I also had 3 weeks with no weight loss. I was working out like crazy and keeping to about 12-1300 calories. I finally got frusterated and decided to try and eat more. At first (about a week) I still saw no change, but week 2 I just recorded a 3 pound loss. I am trying to keep my calories to around 1500-1600 a day. I only…

You shouldnt work the same muscles everyday in weight training. They need time to heal inbetween sessions. Do legs one day and upper body the next. Maybe take today off and workout tomorrow instead. Also really focus on a streching program, it works wonders.

saw this yesterday at my regular grocery store(Giant Eagle) in the oatmeal/cereal isle. I'm sure they had another brand in the health food section also.

I feel your pain, I have 18 pounds left and am in great shape, but I cant get that scale to budge. I have lost and gained the same 2 pounds for the past 2 months. My workouts are very similar to yours, but I am on treadmill. Interested to see what everyone suggests, as I am so frusterated

Just grilled some sweet potatoes last night. Just microwave until a little soft so you can slice them. Then I combined some cumin, paprika, cinnamon, chipotle and a little salt with a little olive oil. Brushed on the potatoes and grilled until soft and nicely grilled. They were delicious If you have to have them sweet try…

1200 calories before exercise. I have lost 12 pounds since 1/1/10, but only 3 pounds since joining here. Going to shoot for approx. 1500 calories a day and I am not going to weigh myself for the whole week!

struggling with this challenge! my weight loss has really stalled and I am so frustrated. I know that I have to keep at it. I am going to try to eat a little more calories and see if it jump starts my losses again. Just dont want to gain any

I think it is alot eaiser to control my calories by actually counting them instead of points. I understand what a calorie is and how long it takes to work it off. Points were alot eaiser for me to kinda write off and cheat. Plus it is just so expensive. Love this site for free!!!
