  • PS Spirits are lower in sugars. It's the additives (the mixers) that kill ya!!
  • Hmm...champagne is about 75 cals for 3-4 oz. Top it off with oj (mimosa) and you have another 100 calories. *sigh* I think if you go extra brut then you're extra low in cal? (is that true?) But it sure does taste nice with a picnic!
  • Hey -- The Smuckers sweetened with splenda preserves (peach) is good and has little "aftertaste" fyi! used it with a cream pie the other day!! =) (tart crust though)
  • I love cherries...anyone have any? I can already make preserves and pien filling. But does anyone have a low carb pie crust idea? (I can't really eat breads)

  • Hi...how are you all? Name is Jackie. Anyway, trying to lose 10. I have pcos. Grrrr...and finally discovered that low GI is the only way I can do this! :P A cookie kills me! (Or feels like it.) So I hope that by logging food this will help...seems to be the only way. Except the site says I'm only going to lose like .6 lbs…
