  • I drink vodka and dark rum and sometimes brandy i mix the vodka with either lime & soda, diet coke, or ginger beer or ginger ale (diet versions are available) dark rum and brandy i drink with diet coke. wine and soda is nice and refreshing as a long drink too.
  • I really just eat the same as i used to but have reduced my portion sizes...i really used to fill a huge dinner plate...and would eaat it all & sometimes go back for seconds! I bought myself a couple of smaller plates from a charity shop so i still fill the plate but its about 1/3 the size! I make sure i have breakfast now…

  • Im not sure where you live but you can buy Stay Fresh fruit and veg bags .... i use them and it doubles or more the shelf life of any fruit i put in them. Bananas stayed yellow-- no brown bits for well over 2 weeks! Strawberries stayed firm & juicy....not a mushy mess! Vegetables such as brocoli lasted at least 2 weeks.…
