Hello everyone, I'm Emma and I'm new to myfitnesspal. Have heard great things about it through Your & Your Wedding through. I get married in 17 weeks and have been following Slimming World but it just isn't working at the moment, I can't get in to it so thought I'd try something new so here I am. I guess I'll still use certain Slimming World receipes as they will be low calorie e.t.c. but if anyone has any good low calorie recipes, they would be gratefully received.

the thing i love about this site is i dont have to eat low cal all the time! i basically eat what i fancy (within reason) and just limit my portion sizes. Have bought some measuring cups so i can see how much a cup of carrots etc looks like...but its dead simple once you get the hang of it.
ive not lost a huge ammount of weight yet but i have dropped a dress size from my tummy and bum and my legs and thighs are more toned.
