  • I bought this yesterday and just did my first workout... OMG it was a killer. I found some old weights in the shed so used those started off with 2lb but had to lower them to 1lb half way through as i was really struggling -- having never used weights beffore but figured id try to work up to more!

  • i havent used the yoga on the wii fit, i also use it to weigh! i also use EA Active 1 and do most of my cardio on it, i find it really good and it shows your calorie burn. i been given Just Dance which is quite good to get you moving but doesnt have a workout feature which is a shame as it would be good for burning a few…

  • Vodka & diet coke, Gin and slimline tonic are both fairly low calorie.   • i measure my waist, hips, bust and thighs i dont do it weekly but monthly. my weigh in day is tuesday and so i measure the first tuesday of the month

  • My favorite way to eat strawberries is with raw spinach and goats cheese.... GORGEOUS!! try layering on to some lightly toasted bagette (bagette- spinach- goats cheese-strawberries) no need for butter. add a sprinkling of black pepper and its just divine!

  • i put them in quiches/tarts and risotto and pasta sauces or fry them in a little butter & add to mashed potatoes or salmon & leek filo parcels (great for dinner parties) There are loads of great recipes on the bbc good food website.
