I can't tell you how many calories to consume because I have no idea of your body. For the most part I ate 1470 calories.

You can do it! Never ever give up because it gets super hard.

On just my stomach area I have lost 25.5 cms which works out to be 10 inches pretty sure.

I'm so glad someone noticed :') It's like what... They were all bumpy now they are smooth. I couldn't believe it. And I feel like I have huge thighs, which I don't mind but they actually shrunk in size between photos :) My mind still can't comprehend the first photo to the second.

Thank you everyone for such positive comments :) I was so sluggish and disgusted with myself in the first photo, I'm so proud of what I have achieved and will continue to achieve in the future. I can't wait to show yous all my next progress photo in a few months. Only good things can come if I never give up :)

I'm pretty sure I have a really high body fat percentage because my sister is only 4-5 kgs less and has a flat stomach but I'm eating well and exercising so in time my body fat will take care of itself.

Honestly I didn't realise my back fat was going. Then I compated photos and was like OMG what!

It's pretty much the only thing I use besides walking and treadmill (a little) I've lost 76 lbs.

I am 5'7 My goal weight is around 60kgs (132 lbs) purely because I have a lot of belly to loose! I'm about half way through my journey right now

I also have not consumed McDonald's in 9 months which is a massive achievement considering how regularly I would have it :)

You deffinatly can! It's been 2 months and I have lost 12 kgs. I exercise most days and eat as well as I can. I also am quite big so generally I think depending on your size you may loose faster or slower

Wheat grass tastes feral. But you get used to it. Shot it and have a lovely smoothie to follow :) and make sure you brush your teeth because it can stain.

That's pretty much the exact recipe I used tonight. Except I used wholemeal flour I found the mixture really runny and the pancakes were flat I can't seem to cook :(
