I filed for divorce in November and that totally wrecked my already not great Fitness. I'm still in the messy middle. I'm challenging myselfas a reset for 7 days : 1 log everything 2 move more Logging in progress for the day 9 minute plates for beginners done

Trying to put myself, not first (being realistic) but in the top 5 priorities. I've lost a few pounds just from stress but my scale says my metabolic aflge is 6 years old than my actual so need to actively try to improve health.

Birthday party for my son and all the usual...baking cake and trying not to gain10 pounds in that process

Day 4 of ab challenge and I'm glad I got it done but I'm upset at how out of shape I am. I gained 20 pounds since kid1 15 years ago but that doesn't tell the story. I was already 40 above my competition weight at that point and body weight leg lifts should not be this hard. Anyone else struggling with basic exercise?

Started 30 day ab challenge on my phone today, walked yesterday and ate less than normal for a superbowl party. Have a good Monday!

45 need to lose 40-60 pounds. I am hypoglycemic and the instant I consider losing weight, the cravings kick up. Superbowl party not the best day to get restarted.

I lost my lengthy post so hi to the tenured cool kids. I'm glad to be back but sad I need it, again.

Started a food challenge with the kids. We're not big on variety so they get a reward for 5 different fruits or vegetables in a day. Doesn't sound like much but it's a start.

I signed up for a step bet and have had no gluten today so far. Lunch was just a big hurdle.

My boys are gluten free and I feel so much better when I am. But I still love gluten breads and use lack of time/convenience as an excuse...I'm a work in progress

I've not been taking care of myself. My family has needed support. I regained all previous losses and need to focus on my health.

Hi cool kids, back after a long hiatus. Hit a number on the scale not seen since pregnancy so starting all over again. It's been a long road of supporting others on their trials and being miserable in some of my own stuff. Taking a fun vacation in April so doubling down while the motivation exists.

Hey Larry how was camping? I started contracting for work and even going out for lunch am better on calories than working near fridge :-) Does Caramel still post? 4-6 pounds is a short term goal just to work towards something and not end up maintaining the gain. Thanks for supportive comments. Was a regular, trying to reset. Logged honestly today. Was a start.

Up after Thanksgiving. I figured as much but worse than I thought. Birthday party today so I weighed to convince myself not to indulge in the pizza and cake. Walked and played with kids all weekend but not enough to balance the foods... this week I will do better, starting today. Want to drop 4-6 pounds by Christmas.

Nice to see familiar names and people still working hard. @sedereski sounds beautiful. .I always drove to the ocean after storms, before kids... Starting work, contracting, Monday. Been out more or less since September. Hoping this gets me back on a schedule including dog walks and less time near halloween candy.
