Seems like my post got cut off. Just a brief history: trying to lose the 15 pounds that I put back on the last five months. Trying to do it with a moderate diet this time around so that it is something more sustainable in the long term... Tired of the never ending rollercoaster ride0

I'll be 42 in a few weeks and I feel great! Over the course of the last year and a half I've lost around 90 pounds and my goal is to lose another 30 but this last 30 seems to be very very hard to drop. It's quite depressing.0

Finally got some exercise in yesterday. As with most of you, life and work have been very busy of late. have also been on the road a lot. Am now home until we leave for our vacation on the 27th, so should get my Christmas stuff done this weekend. Thank goodness!

Lost the 2 pounds I gained back last week for some reason so back to 220.
Cold seems to finally be going away so back to exercising today.0 -
making today "Rest" day and moving cardio to Friday. the gym is closed that day...for some reason.

I hurt my sacroilliac (sp?) in my thursday lifting....friday rest day and then i did saturday cardio. I am taking sun/mon as rest days, too.....will return to lifting on tuesday.
