I was just going to suggest what the last two people mention - the Couch to 5k program works on intervals, which is what I've just started myself. So the first week, you go 60 seconds running, 90 second walking. As a very much not-runner, I have found it to be really amazing and encouraging. I don't feel too sore the next…
