I haven't calculated my BMR. There are so many calculators out there. Do you know of a good website for that? What is a TDEE? Thanks for your help.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. It's very difficult to focus on day to day tasks and getting out of bed when losing someone you love. Don't be too hard on yourself.
