I've been very concerned about potassium this week as well. I found out that low magnesium commonly accompanies low potassium, so you might consider taking pills with Magnesium & Potassium. But of course ask you doctor first.

Yeah-I loose weight in my face and boobs the most and I hate that! I think I look so much more attractive with a fuller face and bust. But still worth it not to have all the other problems associated with being too heavy
