I agree. A friend was experiencing a lot of calf/shin pain. He went to a store known for checking just these things. He bought new shoes and inserts to correct the rotation of his foot. I keep turkey sausage and microwave it for 35 seconds and it's done. Then I spray a coffee cup with non stick spray, scramble 2 egg whites in the cup, add a spoonful of diced tomatoes and microwave that for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Breakfast in less than 5 minutes. High protein, low carb, low calorie and tasty.

I've tried to read during cardio....can't do it. Makes me nausesous lol. The gym I go to has televisions and headphones on each cardio machine. So I may watch something there. If not, I have pandora on my phone or my ipod.

I adore Chinese food as well. One thing you can do is eliminate the rice and the fried noodles for the soup...and of course, not a buffet. I tell them I don't want either of those things and take it home. It's easier to fight cravings if they aren't there :-)

My suggestion....before you spend a load of money...would be to go to Walmart/KMart/Target (you get the picture) and try on what they have. I'd try it on and jump. I know that sounds crazy but at least that way, you'll know how the bra will do under pressure. The worst thing that can happen is that you don't like them and…
