yes ill defenitly need to get a good dig scale But what i mean by so hard is logging everthing i eat and drink measuring most of it eating a salad most every day exercise daily keeping carbs below 50% stopped dinking occasion Mikes lime ALL ABOVE WHITH OUT A SINGLE POUND LOST

this is some of what ive been doing but between 1100 and 1400 but the scale isnt moving what about keeping the cals between 1000 and1200 by cutting out snacks after dinner

i do measure with cups and tblspoons i have food scale its not digital so i feel it not that accurate my exercise log most of this past month my stepper @ 100 cals for 20 min that was a bike ride with my kids which isnt something i can do that often

Having trouble eating late at night any suggestions

i been eating late night mostly carbs if i eat an mcdonalds sundae at mid night do i log cal for the next day or add to previous day? anybody have good idea to prevent eating late at night

i usually log after i eat 1st wt on dietician scale 2nt my home scale so not really wt loss

i had grilled swordfish but i took a bite of my husband steak just to taste i believe i did log both as i know every thing counts my pkg of tyson grilled chicken ready cooked list serving size 96 g = 3.38 0z i feel like im nick picking im sorry i really do appreciate your feedback

chicken breast they are grilled then frozen when weight frozen at 4oz but when thawed wt 3.5 oz

i agree with you about inaccuraces ive been using bar code scanner like the grillled chicken tyson frozen individually there are 6 pieces in the bag the package says 110 cals per serving . as for my RMR if ht 5'2 wt 210 age 52 working full time as a nurse

if my resting metabolic rate is 1500 cals and ive been eating around 1200 to 1400 lets say for possible inaccurate measuring .im still eat less than my body is burning if i stayed in bed all day .

what are you referring to lots of homemade and generic recipes.? im not weighting every thing more measuring with cup or tablespoon or the palm of my hand for meat servings i even count 10 cals for omega 3 flaxseed oil supplement using barcode scanner when ever i can. I do count anything i drink
