WOW!! I didn't expect a reply back this fast, let alone THREE! :) All information and tips are a great help!!! It may just be a little trial and error til I get it where I need it. But I am so appreciative and thankful for the feedback! Now to take it out for a test-drive.

My body shook when I did the plank. Lol I finally got my phone to download all the videos for day 4. :) I definitely felt the burn!! The quiet cardio wore me out in just the 6+ minutes. Stretching for flexibility felt pretty good!...except the 'bridge' aka a back bend. I did them in high school but have been out for 10+…

Did YogaX yesterday. Felt so good!!! ---- no crane for me in the first week hahaha I learned a valuable lesson as well this week...I had to make the change over to the P90X eating plan...I hurt so bad on Wednesday because I didn't eat enough protein. Since the change over, I feel so much better and have more energy. :)…

I reached half my water goal yesterday. Working harder on it today. Got a bit of a late start...Raccoons and hollering chickens on the porch last night...lol didn't get to bed until 7am and finally got up at noon. I'm going to make the best of it! :)
