I'm aiming for 15% bodyfat, any lower than that and I'd look I'll.

Amazing transformation there!, well done.

Nothing wrong with a diet coke now and again..

Maybe set your goal weight a couple of pounds under your idle maintenance weight. I've heard this mentioned a few times and it makes sense, if you are maintaining you won't lose the slight extra you put on at the transition.

You don't have to excercise to lose weight, I cycle but only because I enjoy it. Plus I still do the same as before but it was only my eating that changed..
-
I lost another kilo while eating more food, just gradually up your daily intake like people have said. I have a nightime snack of pistachio nuts, 300kcals worth..

There's a big difference between mindful eating/ portion control and an eating disorder. Obviously at the start of a diet you will be thinking a lot about what food you can eat, and how much. As time goes on you should settle down. Just remember it's a life change rather than a few months of crash dieting..

My avarage loss was 0.75kg, (1 and a half pounds).

Good work and well done!.

I had a massive Indian meal and loads of beer last Sunday, by Thursday I'd lost a kilo from the week befores weigh in. The body works in misterious ways!.

Pizza Wednesday for me tonight :).

Bit boring for me, cut right down on alcohol and ate the same things but just less of them. Plus stopped the snacking when bored..
-
Wow!, good work.

Alcohol was my man weight gainer as well (plus I eat like a horse when drunk!). I've cut it out nearly completely but have a drink when friends come round and the occasional night out. I went out on Sunday for a leaving "do", had 10 pints of Guinness and a big Indian curry meal. I weighed on Tuesday and I'd put half a kilo…

Rome wasn't built in a day!.

Yeh, it's actually filling as well!. Take your time over a pint of ice cold Guinness, very enjoyable!. Is it around 220 kcal a pint?.
-
Nothing wrong with enjoying alcohol in moderation if you've accounted for it's calories. I like Guinness and Gin + Diet Tonic, not every night though..
-
I have a real pizza once a week, just eat half for tea and take the other half to work the next day for lunch.. Still managed to lose weight doing this for 4 months..
-
All I did was eat less, portion control and drank less alcohol and the weight came off consistently. Going to the gym, exercising is good for keeping fit but not actually necessary to lose weight..
-
As someone said earlier, maintaining your weight is still a win!. Can't see the point of going through months/ years at a deficit then throwing that all away and eating the weight back on. I've hit my original goal, having a month at maintenance and then may decide to go lower still.

Just calories for me as well (portion control mostly), I really suffer I don't eat enough carbs!.
-
Cycle to work, I get a good workout everyday AND save money. Plus it's quicker. As has been said, I have 2 small children as well, and practically no spare time between them and work..

I wouldn't lose any more weight(76kg), as has been said got though your injury recovery then start lifting. I'm 80kg at 5'9" and was contemplating going down another 2 to 4kg, I'm in the same boat as it comes off the belly last. Maybe post a picture up, quite a few people said I don't need to loose any more weight.…

My friend is a big lad, he's been on a diet with free foods and syns etc and hasn't really lost much at a all. In the same time I've lost 22lb for free using just portion control and very loose calorie counting. Some people think if you pay for a diet plan, it seems more worthy for one reason or another.. I mentioned an…
