You can't spot reduce unfortunately, for mee moobs went first, then the love handles, then finally the stuborn stomach (still working on that!).
-
Wow, you look fantastic in the second pic!, well done on all your hard work.
-
It took me 2 months (5'9" starting at 90kg), the next stone is taking a lot longer though!. As has been said if you're not far off your goal to start with it will take longer unfortunately..
-
An amazing story and an astonishing amount of weight you've lost, congratulations!.
-
I treat it the same as my holiday, just enjoy myself and any excess weight will drop back off within a couple of weeks!.
-
I just have a cup of tea in the morning before work, if I do eat breakfast I'll be hungry by 10am and just think about food all day..

Coriander and fresh chillis normally transform bland food for me with very little calories!.

16kg is a great loss, well done!. I used to be a size 30 10 years ago!.
-
Wow!, great work.

14lb to a stone, or 6.3kg..

Unfortunately there comes a time in life where everybody has to take responsibility for their own actions.. Sitting in the kitchen all morning, eating 4000 kcal before dinner and then moaning about gaining weight won't solve anything. Making excuses just makes a bad situation worse and then going along/ agreeing with the…

I agree, but you know you'll probably get slated for your opinion!.

37 year old bloke.. I'm 5'9" Lowest weight: 76kg? (Never really weighed myself much!) Highest weight: 92kg (possibly a bit more..) Current weight: 82 Goal weight: 80kg then re-evaluate (maybe 78kg?).

Stress is holding down a job, paying the mortgage/ bills and looking after your children. Odly enough I know plenty of people who dothe above and don't massively overeat. The op sounds bored, get out of the house and do something interesting to take your mind off food. Go for a run or a walk.

Special fried rice with chips and curry sauce, salt and peppercorn chicken or crispy shredded chilli beef are never a disappointment!. I usually split one serving over two days, enjoying it twice over :).
-
It's all down to hard work, all the people who post up their success stories have worked very hard to reach their goals over years and worked hard to maintain it. Unfortunately there's no shortcuts..
-
You can't do spot fat reduction, only option is to try and lose a bit more fat though dieting?. I'm 2kg away from goal weight but will have to re-evaluate as I still have some fat around my stomach (probably another couple of kg).
-
Wow!, bet you feel a hundred times better now at least!. Well done, that's amazing for 1 years work.
-
My 7 year old is the other way round, hates being indoors and would quite happily play football outside all day..
-
Beat me to it!.
-
I have a cup of white tea with two sugars, one first thing and one in the evening..
-
Are you dieting as well or just lifting/ cardio?. I eat less than I used to and haven't added any extra excercise in and I have a steady gradual loss. Saying that I may start lifting myself when I reach goal weight.
-
I eat a pepperoni pizza every week, split over 2 meals and don't see any issues with it..
-
You don't HAVE to excercise, just eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight. If you're buzy and on your feet all day anyway that's excercise.. I cycle to work and back, have a manual job and eat at a deficit, works for me!.
-
Great work, 90lb is a massive loss!.
-
Most of my weight loss.has come through not drinking as much as I used to. Another valid point was made earlier, when you're drunk your will-power is a lot lower and snacking doesn't seem to be a big issue. Plus you get the munchies when drunk..
-
Same here, I'm constanly checking my wedding ring is still on at work!. When I get down to goal weight it'll get re-sized.
-
I gained a kilo on a weeks holiday, by the end of the week I came back lost 2 kilos. Just carry on as you were and it will sort itself out ;).

I used to wear latex gloves at work and developed a bad alergy after 5 years or so, we buy Nitrile ones now.
