This thread is so full of win, great job, everyone! Since April 27, 2011, I have lost 68.2 pounds and gone from a tight size 16 to a loose size 4. MFP changed. my. life.

I was busting out of size 16 pants one year ago, and today I wear size 4 pants that are a tad on the loose side. I've lost over 66 pounds. (I am 5' 6").

I did the same JM videos you did, and then I got ChaLEAN. It's changed my body so much more than the JM stuff ever did. I really like JM, and I think 30DS and RI30 are great, but when you are ready to try a new challenge, ChaLEAN is an excellent option. I did ChaLEAN once through and am now doing a hybrid of it with…

Wow! Go, you. You look fantastic, strong, sleek. What an inspiration you are! More proof that muscle burns fat, baby!

Good advice from BFBooty. I nursed my daughters for 21 and 22 months respectively, until they self weaned, pumping while at work during the first year for each of them. Babies are far more efficient than even the best breastpumps, for sure. Best of luck to you.

f you have time to screw around on FB and on here asking this question, quit making excuses and get to work. Like the previous poster said, we can't make time for you, but if you want it, you will make the time. Simple.

Get rid of the veggie sticks because there is nothing good about them, nothing. Improve your diet, stick with it longer, and do better strength training than your Jillian Michaels videos. Muscle burns fat, period.

Since you are coming from a Jillian background, Turbo Jam would probably work out fine for you. I find the TurboSculpt to be not enough bang for my buck, but I love the Cardio Party and Punch, Kick & Jam workouts. I only say that about TurboSculpt because I am used to lifting ChaLEAN-style, though. After 30DS and Ripped, I…

I did ChaLEAN and loved it. I lost 3 inches from my waist and my body fat percentage dropped by 8 points. She is totally right when she tells you that muscle burns fat. I supplemented with extra cardio, though, I did not stick to the two days/week in the basic ChaLEAN schedule. I am currently doing a ChaLEAN/TurboFire…

My daughters are 3 (nearly 4) and 6. First, my husband and I lead by example, and I think that is crucial. We don't do fast food; we don't reward with food. Both my girls take ballet and participate in a track & field program that is geared toward kids between 3 yrs old and 4th grade, and my older daughter will play…

I think working out isn't your problem so much as is time management. My suggestion is that you start making daily to-do lists and you can prioritize your lists into "Must happen today", "This week" and "Soon". Make your list at the same time every day, before your day gets away from you, and if you can keep your list on…

It was really not a factor for me at all. I knew I wanted to be thinner and a lot more fit/stronger, but I didn't know what that would look like - just that it had to be better than where I was. What really helped me reach my goal was having accountability and friends to cheer me on and guide me. I could not have gotten…

Love, love, love the spicy lump crab rolls with brown rice from Wegmans. Such an easy and tasty lunch option and there isn't any mayo binding the (real) crab.

I love it in recipes and in smoothies/Shakeology, but I do not dig it mixed with water and used as a spread. In a recipe, it can really save a ton of fat and calories. I've used it in Skinnytaste's peanut butter pie and Asian Peanut Noodles, and in the Chobani Cold Sesame Noodles recipe - very good.

My friend has done this (and has lost almost 100 pounds using Turbo Jam, CLX and Turbo Fire!!!), so I will try to point her in the direction of this thread. I am in the Lean for Life phase right now and will roll right into a CLX/Turbo hybrid. I don't want to give up the strength training and I really like that aspect of…

I use a Polar with a fabric strap and have zero chafing issues. Does yours have a plastic-y strap? Maybe try some Body Glide and see if that helps before you invest in a new HRM if you otherwise like what you have.

Unless you have an unusually high testosterone level, are pushing serious weights and eating huge amounts of protein, you are not going to bulk up from lifting, period.

I'm doing ChaLean Extreme right now, and honestly, when she says things like "Tell yourself you are going to push 10% harder", or "What are you made of?", that motivates me to work even harder. I also try to beat my calorie burn for particular workouts - so I will check what I burned the last time I did it and bust…

How about today? Is today good for you? : )

I have done Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 and they are excellent videos for circuit training, but I have to say that since I have been doing Chalene Johnson videos, I am totally hooked. If you are new to working out, definitely start with Turbo Jam. It's a lot of fun and a great workout. I am just…

First, congratulations on your weight loss, that's awesome and you have every right to be proud of how far you have come and want to show it off. Since you asked, in my opinion, that dress is great for a little one on one time at home with your husband for now and then when you have leaned out and firmed up more and it…

I think there is a difference between being ripped and being cut, like a competitive bodybuilder. In my opinion, strong is sexy. I like the ripped look for men and for women, and I really have admiration for the dedication it takes to become a competitive bodybuilder. I would far prefer to be strong and firm with muscle…

Ditto Angelabec.

Oh, lucky you! I love Rosa Mexicano. Which one? Luckily, their menus are not so much your traditional stuff in a tortilla with beans and rice on the side and their are lots of excellent seafood options. You will definitely be able to dine there, and dine quite well, without crema, cheese, or fried anything. I generally…

In the beginning, it was to earn extra calories in my daily bank. It took very little time to really love working out, and now I do it because I love it so much. I love the challenge, love how it feels, and love how it makes my body look.

About 63 pounds since April 27, 2011. My original goal was to lose 50 pounds, but I quickly changed that to 60 so that I would be comfortably within the healthy weight range for my height. I've now surpassed my goal but I am not sure that I am done yet. I converted over to lose .5 lbs. per week rather than going directly…

For me, it was important to feel better about how I looked at each new size, so I just bought some wardrobe staples that fit as I lost weight. As for how many pounds translated to a new size, that really varied for me and it had less to do with pounds and more to do with how I was changing my shape through exercise. For…

I agree with the previous poster - the monitors on the machines are not at all accurate so that is probably impacting your rate of loss. Also, restaurant food is notoriously oversalted, and the sodium could certainly be impacting your weight loss. I do the same thing when I am planning to go out for dinner - I exercise…

You are not the only one, and if you use the "search" function on the message boards, you will see plenty of examples of women who've gotten flat abs again after having the baby belly we all know and (don't) love!
