Left overs we have but my partner usually finishes them same day! This was photographed after all left overs were done and after a fresh batch of grocery shopping. I usually make a simple quick healthy meal at a time for dinner for us each night.

Usually a salad every day. Kale with a bit of avocado, sometimes quinoa. About to make myself a salad with tomatoes / onions and olive oil :) although it's past lunch time.
