I'm 5'4" and years and years ago before I had any kids I was 118 pounds, but after having 5 kids. I got busy with raising them and life just got busy I put on the weight little by little. I have lost 20 pounds, but Would love to get down to 115-120. That's another 25-30 pounds. Hopefully, I can get there this year.

I tried it several years ago and I didn't care for it. I didn't break a sweat and I like moving faster during my workouts. The ladies there were quite a bit older and pretty overweight. A lot of others do like it, but it just wasn't for me.

I have a friend that has had great results with the red yeast rice. I have been put on the statins and have had horrible side effects to the point that I could not exercise from the fatigue and joint pain. You said you liked their original points system and it had worked for you. Why do you have to use the new system? Do what worked for you. I have a friend that didn't like the new system as she had been in WW years previously and stuck with that system and not the new one. Just a suggestion. Good luck!

I had a hysterectomy 2 yrs ago and my Dr wouldn't let me exercise for 6 wks. I thought I felt good enough to even do a little vacuuming and tried it for a few mins a couple of wks after my surgery and experienced some pain. Do what your Dr says, only walk! If I didn't weight my food, I know I'd go way over on my calories. Lesson I learned - If I don't weigh or log my food, I gain weight.

I rode in my first ragbrai this summer, only the last 2 days. It was amazing! 8/20 - 26.0 miles 8/21 - 27.7 miles 8/22 - 27.9 miles

Hi! I had 5 kids and I can relate of how hard it is to lose weight with younger kids and a newborn. Just ignore the label and keep doing what you're doing, it's obviously working! You're doing a great job!
