      Thank you for sharing your story and your progress. I weighed exactly what you weighed when I started in April and I have lost 23 pounds so far. My end goal is also 150. I appreciate the encouragement and I feel so much better now and I am happier and my family is so happy and supportive also. I am thankful for a husband that helps me every step of the way! Keep up the good work!

      Honestly it's a lot of hard work and trial and error. Just watch everything, make sure you are eating enough, and drink lots and lots of water. Eating right/ exercising makes me feel strong and powerful and I can't get enough of that feeling. That feeling feels so good, I just keep pushing myself even on days that I slip up.
