generally people with disorders will eat small amounts but not always daily. I know most VS models don't eat for 3days before shows, the longest I ever went I think was 3days but I know many who went longer. Even with the small amounts its not healthy.

Id argue that real stats are probably much higher than what is reported in my experience. That's not to say every model has an ED but I would confidently say the majority would fall on the disordered spectrum

I wouldn't set a size last summer I bought 4 pairs of shorts from the same store and all 4 were different sizes from 3-6 (Canadian/us sizing)

start with very beginners yoga so you dont hurt youself as that becomes easier then move up to a more difficult sequence or video dont rush yourself it takes time

probably not in the case of the op due to length of time, but if you went down a lot and thenup a bit have you measured yourself? muscle is denser than fat so often people go up a little in the begining or dip then go up when theyve built muscle and the weight aspect usually evens out in a week u always weigh and measure

with most workouts if i dont know what i burned i google the average and create exercise in cardio and log it idk why it does properly track calls from the strength section

Youll probably still lose if your excerising, you definately wont gain, 1200 is the minimum the body needs most bodies can lose with even 1600 depending on activity/age/height/gender
