Chobani fruit on the bottom yoghurt (130-150) and a serving of Multigrain Weetbix (180) crushed up on top. Keeps me going 3 or 4 hours and the mix of fruit flavouring and crunch makes it perfect for me.

Happy 2016! I ended 2015 around 61kg, can't tell how much is retained water (still?) or if I really did that much damage (2kg) over Xmas. Don't *think* so but the scale says what it says, so. Still, lost it once (or maybe 5 times over the years) so I'll lose it again

1/10 - 66.3 24/12 - 59.6 That was then.. well out of sick curiosity I weighed myself just now (11pm on Xmas day) and was a terrifying 62.9 haha. Mostly water weight don't get me wrong, but I've been hitting the chocolate and booze pretty hard the past couple days so I'm guessing once that's all gone I'm probably back to…

Funny I've held this week too, not sure I'll be logging my weight much between now and well into New Year - After a few high cal days I'm retaining water still, so I'll finally drop that between now and Christmas probably, only for the scales to zoom back up from the food and sodium! 1/10 - 66.3 09/12 - 59.8 17/12 - 59.8…

Doesn't feel like Christmas here, it's boiling hot (39c forecast for Saturday!) and I'm missing a proper British cold Xmas. My last weigh in before Xmas will be Xmas eve - before it all goes to hell!

I can't believe I missed a thread on basically my favourite food! Canned tuna is a staple for me, from having it in sandwiches when I was a kid (used to make my mum wretch when she made them for me) to now as an adult it's honestly one of my favourite foods. I probably get through 7 or 8 small cans a week when I'm calorie…

I'm adding mine in for Weds this week, partially as I weighed in on Weds *last* week and partly because man, it's Wednesday night and I've consumed.. I'm not going to say a whole tray of brownies.. but a partial tray, and a fair bit of banana bread above my maintenance level that'll leave me bloated for a good few days.…

Every time I calorie count it's always full of depressing realisations like that. Some of my (least) favourites: My default homemade curry, with rice and garlic naan: around 1500 calories all up. My usual from Maccas (2 double beef and bacon burgers, 3 small fries) 1600 calories, plus an extra 680 if I got a chocolate…

I'm thankful that as an Aussie I don't have Thanksgiving - I'm a sucker for binging on holidays so the less of them for me the better! Weighing in a day early today, busy day tomorrow and today is pretty carb heavy so I'm cheating and calling today my week 9. 1/10 - 66.3 08/10 - 66.1 15/10 - 65.5 22/10 - 64.5 29/10 - 64.3…

Not going to lie I'd eat a good 90% of the things in that thread! Now excuse me I'm off to wrap some fries in bacon, pour chilli on top and wrap it in more bacon! and then put cheese on top

Good to hear people are keeping up still - go us, right? Here's mine: 1/10 - 66.3 08/10 - 66.1 15/10 - 65.5 22/10 - 64.5 29/10 - 64.3 05/11 - 63.2 12/11 - 63.4 19/11 - 62.2 26/11 - 61.4 Bit conflicted on this last one and whether to count it - up until yesterday I was 62.2 still, then a stomach upset and I'm down to 61.4.…

Starting weight: 68 kg Christmas weight: 59 kg 01/10 - 66.3 08/10 - 66.1 15/10 - 65.5 22/10 - 64.5 29/10 - 64.3 05/11 - 63.2 - 2.4lb seeing as you're all imperial I won't reach my Xmas weight, and that's alright to be honest. Trying to remember 'slow and steady'.

If I know how many calories I'm having exactly (say 252 for the piece of salmon, 113 for the potatoes) and I know I've got the calories for it I'll put it in after occasionally - but 9/10 times I prelog most of the day in advance. Even if I change around after I still try to keep my swaps for the same amount of calories.

01/10 - 66.3 08/10 - 66.1 15/10 - 65.5 I've spent the past 5 or 6 days on 65.5, said F it and ate a bit over maintenance yesterday (hello frustration), wake up today? Still 65.5! I mean I'm glad it's not WORSE, just damn, what do I have to do to drop it eh.
-
I weighed myself last thursday for this, so I figure I'll do it THIS thursday too. 01/10 - 66.3 08/10 - 66.1 It WAS 65.7 a few days ago haha, carbs and sodium have a LOT to answer for :( Still.. maybe a better results next week eh.

Unashamed junk food eater here. Today I had cider, cookies and ice cream.. yesterday BEER, cookies and ice cream.. crisps, tortilla chips, I'm an equal opportunity snacker I just make room for it and have one or two. Not 20. Sadly. My diary's open, so anyone's welcome to look in and see.

Proper alcoholic cider, and Ben and Jerry's Maple Tree Hugger. They're discontinuing it, it's my favourite flavour and they had it at a discount store as excess stock. Guess who bought almost 30. Still in my calories for the day though - quite proud of that to be honest.
-
Coming to the end of the 1st Oct already for me - time's flying eh. Today = 66.3kg

Water, and Pepsi Max. Blah blah artificial blah blah, it keeps me sane and curbs my sweet tooth for the most part. Given the option to have 100-200 cals of food or a diet soda, I see it as the lesser evil.
-
I usually check my scales on the daily, but still, I'm excited for day one of this. Good luck eh!
-
Hey I've been losing the same 8 or 9 kilos for the past 4 years, pretty cyclically. Each year when it starts getting warmer here I'll decide I need to lose it for summer, start doing okay then get to Xmas, or my girlfriend's birthday, and go off the rails and gain it all back.. so, here I am. Again. Starting weight: 68kg…

Mine's open, but anyone's welcome to add me. I'm in Australia too though, so brand-wise things are probably a bit different to most of you.

Bread. I love the stuff, but when I could easy eat 8 to 10 slices a day in sandwiches (nothing nutritious on them either, Marmite or something) it's not worth it I've cut right back on rice and pasta - only have it with a meal if I've had a low calorie breakfast and lunch to make way for it Full sugar soft drinks. Not…

Thanks for this - I know what I'm getting my mum to send over next now! Toffee and Pecan looks GOOD - (last time was Angel Delight haha, I have about 12 in the cupboard)

I like the individual serving sachets of Sahale Snacks. I'm in Aus so I have to order them online from iherb, but the Cashew and Raspberry Crumble ones are delicious - dried raspberries, peanuts, cashews and some other stuff, and one little packet (they come 9 to a box) is about 200 calories. Other staples for the box in…

Biscuits. Every time I calorie count, I always seem to want biscuits as a snack. They're only 80-100 calories (which is good) but who can have just one, right? The main supermarket we go to has some awesome choc chip ones, and I was stood infront of them for a good 4 minutes staring, and wanting them. Then the other…
