What do you drink?

When it comes to drinking, I try to stay healthy and drink a lot of water during the day...at least four plastic bottles a day with some Crystal Lite thrown in usually. What other low-calorie drinks do you consume? I'd like to drink some milk, juice, etc. but the calories are usually way up there. What do you drink?

    Tea with sweetener instead of sugar, and then 'Basics' squash (really cheap almost nutritionally void stuff)

    Black coffee
    Rooibos tea on its own or with flavours. I've got a Rooibos Chai and a Rooibos Vanilla right now (no sugars, sweeteners, milk, cream, honey, lemon or anything extra)
    Lemon-Ginger tea (same as above, just the tea)
    Water
    Coke Zero

    And occasionally a different variety of tea.
    And occasionally I'll have cereal with unsweetened almond milk.

    Daily:
    2 coffee with cream and 2 sugar.
    2litre sodastream soda water.
    A glass of wine or a beer.

    The last can be more or less.

    Literally all I drink is diet coke, water while in work and one cup of tea in the morning :)

    Water, coffee, milk (skim or 2% ), diet pop, pop... actually about the same I did before but just less off.

    Mostly water but sometimes I drink the Lite Minutemaid Pink Lemonade. It is 15 calories for 8 ounces. It's pretty good. And I can't stand diet sodas.

    Water & carbonated water - sometimes plain sometimes with fruit pieces for flavour.
    Coke zero (very very occasionally)
    Unsweetened black/green tea.

    Water and have added in 1 diet Mt. Dew since I found out Pepsi changed the formula.

    gin and tonic, vodka, wiskey, cider... :) not really i dont drink any alcohol at all
    so i usually drink tea with milk no sugar, water, water with soluble vitamin c , home made fresh carrots, orange, apple celery and ginger juice, some time green smoothi spinach banana and strawberry etc etc

    Coffee with SF creamer
    Lots of cold/ ice water
    Unsweetened almond milk
    Green tea/reg. tea with stevia
    Occas. Sprite zero with whiskey or vodka ;)
    Diet big red 1-2x mn. My favorite! But limiting

    I've been trying to use less sweetener too (creamer & stevia )

    If you are looking for flavor, I make a liter of iced green tea...I steep a bag of chocolate/mint flavored tea with it. No sweetener needed.

    If I'm out at a restaurant, it'll be water or a cappucino (my weakness!)

    If I'm looking for a low cal drink, it's water. If I'm looking for a sugary coffee drink, then I'll get that too. It's usually one or the other for me... with an occasional bar crawl night where I'll drink martinis or vodka on the rocks

    Yerba mate tea - helps my aging brain.
    Seltzer -especially vanilla orange flavor. Or cherry
    Hint water

    For milkish drinks I like the unsweetened almond and coconut milk.

    For alcohol I really like the deep Eddy lemon vodka singles 65 calories each

    I don't do juice, soda (not even diet), cow milk. I am not a big fan of artificial sweetener drinks. Not for any health reason, i just don't like the taste.
  • -Water (though I can't stand the taste of regular water, I only drink Aquafina or Dasani)
    -1% milk
    -Protein shake with 1% milk
    -Protein smoothie (typically with blueberries)
    -Very occasionally I will take a swig of cranberry juice just to satisfy a sweet craving or if the family is having an actual sit down breakfast I will measure out some orange juice.

    I don't typically drink alcohol, small amount used to make me feel "off", I'm assuming that my fatty-liver resulted in an extremely low tolerance.

    Water, black coffee and brewed (decaffeinated) iced tea sweetened w/ Splenda. Sometimes Crystal Light lemonade.

    Water, and Pepsi Max. Blah blah artificial blah blah, it keeps me sane and curbs my sweet tooth for the most part. Given the option to have 100-200 cals of food or a diet soda, I see it as the lesser evil.

    Not to call you out or nothin, but Aquafina is just regular water from the municipal source wherever they bottle the Pepsi in your region and Dasani is the same, from Coke, but boiled, condensed from steam, then salts are added back in so it doesn't taste dead. Maybe what you don't like is your local tap water. You might want to try to find a filter bottle that meets your taste requirements. A Brita or Zero filter might make free tap water taste like $2 a bottle Aquafina.
