First suggestion is to drink lots of water. That way your body can flush itself out. Second thing is to plan ahead and have healthy snacks available for the grab and go. Hang in there and don't give up!! I've been stuck at a plateau myself. Change your exercise routine and be sure to do some form of cardio every other day or so. Good Luck!
