Congrats on your weight loss. Now back on topic, at what point will I start to level off weights? I don't care about lifting 300+ lbs

What works is losing weight which is what my goal is. I sit at a desk all day so my requirements are lower than someone who's running around on their feet all day. My doctor has no issues with my intake, so that's all that matters to me.

Oh, I quit the program 3 months in cause I was doing so well without it. Had I stuck with it and not done so well on my own, my surgery would have been next month. I'm now 30lbs from my goal weight...

The 1400 is what MyFitnessPal tells me to eat, I took the rest from people I know who had weight loss surgery plus my own meetings with a bariatric nutritionist, I considered getting wls myself and was enrolled in my insurance program where I had to meet with a nutritionist. She suggested I eat between 1200 to 1500…

Bananas, apples, broccoli have been staples in my daily routine. You know a McDonald's meal always got me moving, wish I could get that action without eating that crap lol

Love prunes, used to eat them like candy. Maybe I try to figure that into my day. Wonder if its the Greek yogurt that's causing a problem?

My daily goal for 2lbs a week is 1400, with exercise I net less than that though. May not be the popular opinion but its worked for me. No stalls and only 1 very minor gain thanksgiving week.

Because of all the negative effects. Sure if you can plan in regular soda great, but they are sabotaging your diet, especially diet soda. Diet soda makes you crave sweets (many studies support this). I eat fruit and veggies. Just started oatmeal with higher fiber and take (if I remember to)fiber gummies. Still doesn't help

The stomach is the last to go away IMO, and even if you are at goal weight if you aren't doing ab work, the loose skin will probably remain

2 or 3 eggs and 2 or 3 turkey sausage links keeps me full

First month I did low carb, I lost weight. Decided I didn't like low carb so I went back to eating carbs, I still lost weight. Doesn't matter what you do, as long as you create a deficit and are happy with what you are doing. I've lost 80lbs eating between 150 to 250 carbs a day

Pretty sure a lot of people don't eat like that. Most people who work normal jobs can't stick to that 12 hour window, I know I certainly couldn't.

I.actually changed my number so I stop getting those warnings, same with sodium also.

Ignore the warnings for cholesterol. Eating eggs has little to no effect in your blood cholesterol, even if you are a person with cholesterol problems, eating eggs are still ok

^ I thought you weren't supposed to get sore with the 5x5? I want to do something on my rest day or.else I can't help but go over my daily calorie goal. 1,400 is too hard to stay under for me
