This, I had 2 bad days this week but neither went over maitence.
-
Not I'll, and not doing weights anymore, but I know I should
-
1. I use a heart rate monitor and have used the same one for 9 months (even replaced the batteries) so if I've been way off on my exercise, its been that way for the entire 9 months. Those higher numbers you see prbabky have something to do with me walking at a 8% to 13% incline on a treadmill which I do also 2. My sodium…

Sorry for using that term, but the soup Nazi from Seinfeld was my inspiration. Very strict.
-
I weigh once a week
-
Definitely not that, I'm a Nazi when it comes to measuring. My wife makes fun of me cause I use the scale weight for everything and not just trust the scoop size. Could be water weight I guess but its just annoying to have never gained until now when I'm so close.

Not a new product but just made a shake using PB2 and man was it delicious.

I had asked drepublic the same thing, here was his response

Because they don't work out, doesn't mean you can't. As for eating out, you are just going to have to use common sense. Lean beef, chicken, or fish. Vegetables instead of fries and such. If you get a salad, low.cal dressing or get it on the side. Also remember portions are usually bigger so eat half and box the rest. I'd…

I'd say in about another week it won't be so bad on you legs
-
Tbh I haven't had any pain but I stay well hydrated and I've been doing weight squats for over a month so my legs have built up some strength already. Not to mention I incline walk on the treadmill at least 4 times a week
-
I'm on week 2, its pretty tough but good workout.I usually add a walk at lunch but it definitely works your body
-
I've tried it all, jogging, walking, incline walking, classes, and lifting weights. They all burn calories pretty effectively and as long as you stay in your calorie goals, you should lose weight
-
Yeah, good point
-
Thanks, and I think I just won't tell people I'm still losing, not like they would be able to notice anyway.
-
Idk, it could be ;)
-
Yeah, in hind sight I've been guilty of saying the same to people, I think its a way to compliment the person in a round about way. My wife says she thinks I'm fine at my weight, but I'm not even under 200 yet. I could probably get to 175 if I wanted to, but I want to get to at least 185 personally. When I look in the…

How long has your plateau been? Before I used mfp, I had a 3 week plateau, I decided to look at what I was eating and made simple changes. Since I've used mfp I've never had a stall. Just don't ever get discouraged.

This
-
I did, I worked out and stayed under my maintenance for the day, the scale stayed the same this morning. Yay me
-
Nvm, got advice elsewhere
-
I'm eating 1370( or was) 1 day isn't going to ruin your progress. Don't do it the day before you weigh in, at least 2 days before. The day you weigh in is good also. Find out what your maintenance number is and try to stay under that and guaranteed you will still record a loss as long as you have followed your WL goals the…
-
How much have you lost in those 2 years? And 1500 isn't really a cheat day. You should enjoy yourself more often
-
I'm not quite to maitence yet but today was a cheat meal day so I changed my goal to maintenance for today. I don't know how I'm going to eat that much once I do hit maintenance, its a ton of calories when you add in exercise
-
Me neither, just the one time. If they ever go on sale though...
-
I've never had a cheat day, but certainly cheat meals. I've had maybe 5 cheat meals in 9 months, today will be my 6th but if I calculated it right, I still shouldn't exceed my maintence caloric goal. Cheat meals to me are things that have a high caloric content that even with exercise you can't stay under your weight loss…
-
Yeah those are kinda new, I love em but wish they were cheaper
-
How do you get a 52 gram protein shake? You use 2 scoops?
-
now you have me craving a huge bowl (4/5 servings) of captain crunch
-
I'm curious if you weighed yourself the next day. I'm going to have a cheat meal tomorrow, going to be like 1900 calories just for the 1 meal (if I finish it all) I've lost 90lbs and its a free meal for my birthday so I figure, what the hell.
