You got to give your body a break at least once a week. My wife got crazy like that a few years back and ended up getting hurt and setting herself back.

maybe I am not doing something right. I am 206lbs and if I do the math my macros have me at 40% protein (159 grams), 40% fat (71 grams), and 20% carbs. Carbs seem to low and fat seems to high. Protein I'm ok with

Thanks for the response, it was very helpful. I will try and work on.these issues and I think my shoes actually were causing me to move on my squats. I found a pair of flat foot shoes so I'm going to try that. I'll work on those other suggestions also and try to get new videos taken when I can

My 2lb a week was 1370, with exercising I was burning 400 to 600 calories so I could eat 1800 a day (some days I burned more) Now with 1lb a week my goal would be around 1800 + whatever I burn for the day. Yeah good point. Like I said I've been doing 2lbs a week for so long (almost 9 months) I'm not even phased by it really. If I did that, idk what I would eat to get extra calories in. Now I'm eating about 1800 to 2000 and exercise drops me to 1350 to 1450. That's 2lbs per week.

Ideally 185lb being really tone would be good, better than 175 skinny fat. I'm 205lb now and kinda afraid to adjust my calorie goal to loose less weight lol

Its tough but I'd recommend it for a beginner, you may have to take quick breaks like i have had, but you finish exhausted and feeling you have done a good workout
