I suffer from anxiety and depression and have for many years. I am currently on Lexapro (in fact Dr. just upped my dosage to 20 mg) which has helped. As far as the eating I have to be very mindful or else I just can't stop...espically if i'm in a bad place mentally. Best of luck to you all.

I am planning on doing the one in North Carolina on August 28th! I have never done it before so I too am curiouse what advice MFP'rs have for us. I am worried about the run part and about the obstacles.

I did week one about 2 weeks ago and then it just got too hot for me to run outside and I hate treadmill running. I went this morning and am restarting with week 1. I would feel no shame in doing week 1 again. Just remember that it's all about how you feel...you don't want to push too hard or else you will never finish it.…

Sounds like a plan to me. I put chicken breast in the crockpot this morning and put bar-b-q sauce on them. Now I know how to figure calories out.
