I would also consider the fact that their is alot of walking on the Vegas Strip. I use www.mapmyrun.com to calculate distances when I am doing alot of walking throughout the day. Sounds like a pretty good problem to have! I would say don't eat unless you feel hungry. Point blank period. After I work out, I'm usually starving... so I've been eating my excercise calories. I'm tracking my food, and its showing me just how BAD I'm eating! But it's better than I was doing previously (I guess I was REALLY eating a bunch of junk before)!
