  • Hmmm. I didnt actually have a 10km plan. Life has been crazy and Iv only run 4 times over 3 weeks. Thats why I want to do it right for the 15 and half because I know it will be a lot harder. I wish I was heaps more educated in this running area, that what I am.

  • I know I can go to shoeclinc and get my feet tested, but the shoes there are sooo expensive. I dont really know where else I can go in the place where I live. It might be a road trip to a bigger city hehe

  • Iv seen stuck around 140-146lbs since september last year. Having taking progress photos I can see iv lost weight around my stomach area, but I just reallly want to break past 140. Iv increased my intake to 1600 and mixed up my exercise routine. I am super keen to hear any tips?

  • I dont know a whoole heap about weightloss, but I do know that when you start drinking more water you lose that water weight.
