Thanks !! 2 weeks feels like forever lol But ya my day is normally this almost everyday : Breakfast : Rye Toast Snack: fruit Lunch: Lean Cuisine and 35 cal Yogurt Snack: Veggy Dinner: Chicken (80cal) sweet potato , green beans and peppers Sanck 100 cal popcorn and Skinny cow fudge ice cream bar

Sometimes I drink crystal light and I know alot of people thats the only way they can drink water. You just have to log it ...bc they are like 5 cal each or something. Pure water is always the best but if you have a hard time with water..the way I see it is at least your getting the water into you even if you have to drink…

THANKS!!!! That makes me feel so much better!!! Before I started trying to lose weight I never weighed myself so I never realized if I was heavier on those days or not! Glad to hear it will go away!!

I just started 12 days ago and went from 195 to 188.....I just dont want to be the only one not eating pizaa on pizza day lol!!! I carry my weight very well ...no one even thought I was close to 200lb but I knew and thats why I am doing this :)

Im the same.... I do great all day and then I come home and eat dinner...walk the dogs and then sit down and just want to eat everything!!!! when Im not even hungry....I really dont know how to handle this yet...Ive just been pushing through and trying to stay busy..Hope this passed for you!

I have a bladder defect and Im on meds and drinking 8 cups of water makes me go once an hour at least Its annoying but I guess its flushing you out lol

wow good job...Im not finding it hard to stay in my calorie goal so far.... 200lb is scary eh?? I havent weighed myself since day2 so tonight I hope its more !!! Do you guys all stick to like grains veggys and fruit or once in a while do you treat yourself to a Mcdonalds burger as long as you have the calories? Thanks everyone!!!!!

If ice cream is your enemy ...try Skinny Cow.....its all different kinds of ice creams but low cal......I have Mini Fudge Bars right now for 45 cal and they are sooooo good!
