You should eat minimum 1200 cal a day. I thought that was to little also but then realized that if you are eating right and working out then that is more then enough to keep you full for the day Best of Luck!

I am a 14 an the same thing is happening to me. My 14's are fitting really nicely right now which means I had been struggling to shove all of myself in them before. I dont think that you should be upset about this. You should be happy that you have come this far and that your clothes are starting to fit really nicely…

I play the dance game for x box and its about 80 cals per 20 mins of dancing..not all that time in between chossing game though ..thats doesnt count

When I first started I had a plateau at 9 lbs lost for just over 2 weeks. I think your doing great ...dont give up..it will pay off again for you!!! Maybe zig-zag calories?? Keep that metabolism guessing!!

i get just over 1500 cals a day so I do max 200 cal for breaky aim for 300 cal for lunch 500-600 cal for din and then whats left over and my excersiced cals are there if i want a snack Thanks everyone for your help!!!

I would start weighing yourself right in the morning ..before your eat or do anything .....same time everyday and with out your clothes on. That will tell you what you exactly weigh...I started doing that and things started looking more consistant :smile:
