Hi I am new to this site my beautiful niece Kat introduced me .Kat is giving me the inspiration to loose weight not only for health reasons as I have recentley been poorly and i have a cruse coming up soon and i need to be in ship shape condition, please add me as a friend as encouragment is always neded. i live in the uk. many thanks in advance x:wink:
