Hi all. I don't have much to say, except that I think this is a great tool for becoming fully aware of one's eating and exercise habits. I hope to use it to attain my goal weight and stay there. I am 42, and I've needed to lose 40 pounds for as long as I can remember. It's now or never; I ain't getting any younger. Good luck to all of us.
